Why should I trust your company with the well-being of my business?

Does your company require contracts?

No. We believe that the best consultants will always be as good as their word, and we won’t consider the job done until all agreed-upon tasks have been fully completed to the customer’s satisfaction. We have no issue with the notion of contracts, but when we’re on the clock, working on a client’s dime, we’d rather spend that time fixing their problem than hassling them with paperwork. If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with the job in any way, we’ll work with them to make sure that all facets of the job were addressed fully as possible. It’s as simple as that.

Do you ever use contractors?

Never. We take the trustworthiness of our employees and associates very seriously, which is why we will never ask you to trust someone who isn’t part of our company. The only people who will be working on your case are our trusted, trained employees. That way, we’ll always be accountable for the work of our company.

Can I buy equipment through your company?

Yes. Micro Systems Management is a certified reseller of many major computer and technology brands, and we will be happy to take on the hassle of dealing with purchasing, shipping, item tracking, setup, and quality assurance for you.

Do I have to buy equipment from you in order to receive a consultation?

No. Our consultations are just that – expert advice from qualified technicians on how to get the most from your network, hardware, and software. We’re happy to facilitate equipment acquisition if the client believes that to be best for his/her company, but we won’t try to force a purchase on you.

Are you qualified to work on Mac devices?

Yes, two of our technicians currently hold certifications to work on Mac technology.

Do you work on mobile devices?

Yes, we are frequently asked to do work on iPhones, tablets, Androids, smartphones, and other handheld or mobile devices.

Are you easy to get to?
